Yes, the Integrated Center seeks to provide prompt services to visitors of the Emirate through coordination with all departments and ensuring quality requirements are met. The center is committed to the following:
  • Being present during official working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 07:30 AM to 02:30 PM.
  • Receiving requests and providing the beneficiary with a registration number.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Responding to all inquiries.
  • The waiting time in the reception hall does not exceed 15 minutes.
